Aydence provides international career consultancy and language training services to individuals who aim to work
and settle in Germany.
We offer two main service schemes:
- Step-by-step guidance on building eligibility for German job opportunities
- Career coaching and resume development
- Visa and relocation advice
- Structured language training (A1 to B2)
- Full support throughout the application and relocation process
- Personalized consultancy for job changes, visa questions, or adaptation issues
- Hotline service for quick questions related to job search and integration
- 1-on-1 coaching tailored to advanced career goals
German language training is a key part of our service. All courses are conducted exclusively online. We work with carefully selected freelance teachers trained by Aydence to meet the specific needs of international jobseekers. We do not collaborate with third-party institutes.
- Structured lessons from A1 to B2
- Live, interactive sessions
- Speaking practice with native German speakers
- Exam preparation and learning materials
Speaking sessions are included at everylevel to build fluency and confidence in real-life communication.
- A1 Level: INR 20,000
- A2 Level: INR 20,000
- B1 Level: INR 20,000
- B2 Level: INR 20,000
All fees are payable in advance before thecourse begins.
To ensure accessibility and commitment,Aydence follows a clear payment model:
- After the free discovery call, clients receive a written offer.
- For consultancy clients (in India or Germany), a 50% upfront payment is required before beginning the service.
- The remaining amount is due after 7 hours of consultancy or as otherwise agreed in writing.
- Language course fees are paid per level and in advance.
The registration fee (for clients in India) confirms participation and is non-refundable.
- The registration fee (INR 50,000) for clients in India is strictly non-refundable.
- Language course refunds are only available if cancellation occurs before the course starts. No refunds after the course has begun.
- Consultancy fee installments are non-refundable once that phase of the service has been initiated.
- If Aydence fails to deliver agreed services without client fault, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information
- Actively participate in courses and coaching
- Follow the steps and recommendations provided
- Fails to respond to three consecutive messages within 7 calendar days,
- Misses two scheduled meetings without valid reason, or
- Fails to take required actions within 30 days
Aydence reserves the right to pause orterminate services. No refunds will be issued in these cases.
In time-sensitive cases (e.g., job postings or limited offers), Aydence may request a response within 24–72 hours. These will be marked as urgent. Missed responses may result in lost opportunities, for which Aydence is not responsible.
Either party may terminate the agreement in writing. If you cancel after services have started, no refund will be issued for completed phases.
Aydence complies with GDPR and Indian dataprotection laws. We collect and store only necessary personal data. Your datawill never be shared without your written consent.

- Must be booked and paid in advance. Valid for 3 months.
Package Details:
- Up to 15 hours of 1-on-1 consultancy
- Cost: €50 per hour (payable in blocks of 5 hours or in full)
- Suitable for help with job change, visa issues, adaptation challenges, or further career steps
